FLOW is designed as a small-group series (course) to help Christian marketplace leaders learn to flow in spiritual gifts. It has seven foundational lessons.

| 2. Church – Support pastors to develop marketplace ministries in their local churches |
| 3. Education – Provide FLOW as a co-curricular seminar in Christian educational institutions |
| 4. Missions – Provide FLOW as a one-day seminar for Christian missional organizations |
