I was born and raised in South India. During my early teenage years, I did not see myself as a leader. In fact, I was a timid boy who was afraid even to stand up in class and recite a poem before my English teacher. At that time, I had little understanding of God’s purpose for my life.
Being raised in a Christian family, I always enjoyed attending church meetings and programs. During one such gathering, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ, marking the beginning of a new spiritual journey. Later, while attending a ministry training program as a teenager, I experienced the Holy Spirit’s empowerment. That life-changing encounter set me free from timidity and helped me embrace the Father’s love and His calling upon my life.
During and after my undergraduate and graduate studies (B.A., M.A., M.Div.), I became actively involved in ministry and leadership development among young people. Following my studies, I served with a youth organization, ministering among students and developing student leaders. Later, together with my wife, Ancy, I founded Glorious Living Ministries, a non-profit ministry dedicated to taking the Good News into the educational sector and raising Spirit-filled young leaders.
In the years that followed, through my ministry initiatives such as InspoLife, I focused more intentionally on developing leaders in both the marketplace and the Church through leadership coaching and small-group training programs. I witnessed the remarkable work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of these leaders. Recognizing the need for a training program that integrated biblical principles with leadership development, I developed a leadership course as part of my Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) project at Oral Roberts University, USA.
For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of developing and mentoring leaders. Yet, this story is still being written. To Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, be all the glory!
