Your Leadership Color

Your Leadership Color

No, it’s not about the color of the skin. It’s about the color of the character.

Some leaders boldly face reality and rise as bright lights providing hope and help to people. They function as problem-solvers.

Some are intimidated by what’s happening around them and retreat from their responsibility. They function as problem-watchers.

Some others see the seriousness of the situation and spread fear among people for selfish advantage. They function as problem-creators.

What is your leadership color?

If you think you need to change your leadership color, the great thing is, you can! It does take intentional action to transform your attitudes and outlook. It is doable. It is worth doing for the sake of leading better.

My color is blue…. it symbolizes serenity, stability, inspiration,& wisdom. It can be a calming color, and symbolize reliability. I want to be an inspiration to helpless, unemployed and bros/sis to to find reason for their dreams through the project I have in hand.

    Thanks, Joe for the insight.
I prefer the colour GREEN, which means progress. As a leader, I think in terms of making progress with the people I lead and also influence them in the direction of goal actualization.
